Since I don’t have any updates for books right now, I thought I could include some info about what we’re doing at Anime Expo.

This year at the Broccoli booth, we’re having an omikuji-style prize drawing.

Omikuji are the fortunes you can draw at the shrines in Japan.

So our omikuji will have prizes associated to them.
Dai-kichi (big luck) is 1st place, chu-kichi (middle luck) is 2nd place, sho-kichi (little luck) is 3rd place, kichi (regular luck) is 4th place, and sue-kichi (bottom luck) is 5th place.

And there’s a chou-dai-kichi (super big luck) for one lucky winner & a dai-kyo (big unfortune) for three not-so-lucky winners.

The grand prize will be a Di Gi Charat anime cel.
And the not-so-grand prize will be Broccoli Concert hapi coats.

You get to draw one omikuji per $10 you spend at the Broccoli booth.
