Galaxy Angel Beta vol 3 finally arrived today.
We actually had to get the entire print batch re-printed, because there was a trimming error on 30% of the books.
The original release date of Galaxy Angel Beta vol 3 was August 9.
But because we needed to get the books re-printed, we had to push back the release date to August 23.
Sorry about the delay!
But it’s better than having books that are mis-trimmed, right?
PS. For those who need to know all the technicalities… the books were trimmed so that the bottom 5mm or so was cut shorter & left a white bleed on the top. It’s probably not that noticeable on the B&W pages since we get digital files for our manga, so there’s extra bleed space all around the trim line, but it was pretty visible on the color pages (which also has extra bleed space… hm?).
PPS. So what happened to the first print of Galaxy Angel Beta vol 3? Probably destroyed. Only 2 copies left the printers (they’re on editor Dee’s desk) before we noticed the trim error, so our printer probably sent the books to be recycled.

Have you printed/produced a children’s hard book titled “Snowflake The Snowman?” My great-grandchildren have a copy with razor-sharp edges.
I nearly sustained a paper cut from it myself and would not have it in the hands of children. What can you tell me about this/ They are distributed by Son Schein Sales Inc., Linden, NJ

These are great books but the book Lolly “The Lamb”, Pipper the piglet, coco the calf and dexter the duckling the binding is not a good binding for young children. The first time my granddaughter opened the book the pages pulled apart. Need to secure the bindings so that they are able to enjoy the book. We now have pages everywhere. There are other books out by your company which have a full page binding and they are great. She enjoys the books.
