There were a lot of requests to make a Juvenile Orion anime… and I’ve been dancing around the subject all summer during panels.
But Broccoli finally announced the Juvenile Orion live action movie, so I can finally talk about it.
Hm, I tried to look for the info on the Broccoli website, but I can’t find it.
Anyhoo, it’s in the December 2007 issue of From Gamers.
Maybe I’ll take a photo of the page & post it here.
The Juvenile Orion movie will be released Spring 2008.
Will it come out in the US? Well, it all depends on your passion.

I dunno if you ever found that information you were looking for, but just in case you still are, I stumbled across the movie’s offical site. (http://www.aquarian-movie.com/index.html) It looks promising! It’s be so much fun if you guys were able to get it out here in the states. :3

If it’s passion ya need, then I’ll shout from the virtual rooftops in order to get this baby stateside! I’ve been hoping for an anime of Orion ever since I stumbled upon the manga over a year ago. I fell in love w/ the story, and my only possible complaint was that it only ran for 5 vols.
So the announcement of this movie is just a dream come true. I’ve already gotten the collector’s set of the manga (and even some of the keychains!) and I’d positively LOVE to see the anime dubbed! I’m earnestly scaling back what I watch fansubbed since I feel like I’m betraying myself for the affects this has on the companies who’ve worked so hard for us fans, so I would desperately not want to have fans’ seemingly only option to view this movie illegally.
