We (Synch-Point) worked with them for Galaxy Angel Rune DVDs, and they’re the team that works on the English language releases. Long time no post. Thought I’d drop in to say Galaxy Angel Rune DVD vol 1 is now available at your local anime shops & video sellin’ retailers. Hopefully everyone will figure out how to get the “CAUTION” tape off from part A of episode 1. It took me a while to figure it out in the Japanese DVD… but we did try to make it as easy to understand in the booklet. You can buy Galaxy Angel Rune DVD vol 1 at dot-anime.us and get a free Tequila character card. Not our announcement. Producer Dee’s been busy getting all of the subtitle files ready for Galaxy Angel Rune right now. The main translation (eps 1) is all done, and we just wrapped up the translation of the concert footage. We had received lyric sheets & the CD release of all the Galaxy Angel Rune songs from Broccoli staffer Suzuki, so we’ve been listening to Galaxy Angel Rune songs for the last 2 weeks. Shippo nagai no da! The song is stuck in my head! Designer Chris worked on the DVD menu & disc art. Meanwhile designer Knuckles is working on the booklet & sleeve. The sleeve is reversible w/ anime art on the front & Kanan’s art on the back. Both art are real cute, so if you can’t decide which one to show in front… well, buy two copies. Hee! So I think we finally caught up to where we are in the production stage. We still have to think about what to make for Anime Gamers & convention exclusive give-aways, so I’ll dig through Broccoli Japan’s warehouse for some goodies they have left over while I’m here.
