Hello,

I purchased a FLCL Ultimate Ed. DVD Boxset back in late August,it got lost in the mail,and as of today,I have still not received it. I reside in Ottawa Canada.

I do realize this is not Broccoli’s problem,but I am hoping someone can help me.

I bought it from Amazon.com

I would like to know if there are any for sale anywhere ? I would rather not pay 250 + USD for one on Ebay,if at all possible.

If not will there ever be a reprinting ? Given that copies are selling for hundreds of dollars on places like Ebay,it would seem the market is rife,and ready for a another printing from Broccoli.

What is going on with the replacements for the defective FLCL Ultimate discs? I sent an email back in August and then another one in September and I haven’t received any sort of response.

We’re getting to the Canadian addresses (it requires an extra step of filling out customs forms for each package), but we’ll get it out this month.

I checked our record, and your t-shirt was mailed out to you on August 17, 2007. We didn’t get the package back, so if you moved from the time you sent it (March 2007) to when we sent it out, it’s possible the new residents of your house got a free t-shirt they weren’t expecting.

The address we have is a Buffalo, NY address.

Are the dvd’s still in print?

Because last time i tried to buy them, Amazon never was able to send me the one i placed an order on so eventually they canceled it on me. I was quite disheartened.
If they are in print then they really can’t be kept on store shelves. Also good to hear that tshirts are being honored still. if i find this somewhere then maybe i too can be part of the coolness they offer.
