2. Holy Cow Anime never charges your credit card or your paypal account until the items are shipped to you. Your Credit Card or Paypal account is only authorized.

3. All Sales on Cosplay Outfits, Hats, and Shoes are Final. Please email us with any questions you may have about an items size, etc. before placing your order. Not all sizes of cosplay outfits may be in stock when you place your order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for restocking.
