FREEDOM 4 HD-DVD/DVD Hybrid
A format war is a terrible thing, but we're all glad that it's now over, despite the inferior format winning. Current Blu-Ray can't even do half of the cool little tricks that HD-DVD can do, but then again didn't the same thing happen with Beta and VHS? Beta was more portable than VHS, with slightly better resolution. Now that Blu-Ray has trounced HD-DVD, it's sad that it will be awhile until FREEDOM is available on Blu-Ray, but Bandai Visual Japan and US has chosen to support the series in its intended format for those who already have the discs.
