For any shipment that arrives damaged, please keep the packaging.

You must contact Broccoli International USA, Inc. within 3 days of receipt. 

Before shipping any items back to us, please obtain a Return Authorization Number from your sales representative.

Items returned without a Return Authorization may be subject to re-stocking fee.
